Keycast Ljungby invest in new air compressors

2008-04-05 Keycast Ljungby have the new air compressors on line. "We selected oil injected rotary screw compressors from Atlas Copco," says Production Manger Magnus Andersson. "The installation consists of one 75 kW and one 55 kW compressor. This configuration will allow us to cover the basic need with one unit and peak-shave with the second and hence save up to 35% in energy costs. The pressure control and humidity level is much better with the new compressors giving us enhanced performance in the green sand moulding machine."
