Keycast has acquired Mekoteknik AB

Keycast has acquired Mekoteknik AB, which is a company specialized in the machining of steel components. The company is located in Halmstad, Sweden. Mekoteknik’s annual turnover is approx. 80 MSEK and the company has 40 employees, who will all continue their employment contracts. Keycast is an industrial company group specialized in steel cast components. The group is owned by the private equity firm Riverside and the group's management. The acquisition of Mekoteknik fits in well with Keycast's strategy to expand the value add chain within a key business area.
